Run #1558: Father Christmas Run (16 Dec)

Save the date for the Yangon Hash House Harrier’s Father Christmas Run! Get the family together to meet Santa and wish your fellow hashers a very merry holiday season.

Full Moon Hash #155 – October

el Puerco will be haring the October Full Moon Hash.

When: 13 October 2017

Where: TBC

Cost: ~15,000 kyat for drinks & dinner

Don’t forget to bring a torch/head lamp, and consider wearing bright hash-attire.

General Full Moon Hash details:

The meet up point for full moon hashes changes month to month – it’s generally somewhere close enough to downtown for folks to get to after work, as it’s usually held on a weeknight.

The focus for the full moon run is generally drinking, with a shorter run and longer drinking and eating times, but this is a “guide” that not all full moon hares follow.

When running in the dark in Yangon, a torch is essential.  Consider bright clothing.

 

YH3 is Getting Green

The Yangon Hash House Harriers are pleased to announce that, effect Oct 7th, we will doing our part to reduce waste in Myanmar.

In addition to our already strict rules about no littering on the hash – punishable by as many down downs as we can sentence you with – plastic cups will be completely unavailable.

So buy a cup from the Haberdashery, borrow your kids’ sippy cup, or just drink out of your shoe, because otherwise you’ll be a very thirsty hasher!

Run #1554: Not a St. George’s Day Red Dress Run (25 Nov)

This is not a St. George’s Day run, but your friendly neighbourhood Britons will be organizing this year’s YH3 Red Dress Run. Don’t miss this very special hash event to raise money for our favorite charity!

Run #1550: The Sparkly Ockoberfest Hash (21 Oct)

Don’t miss this very special hash  event to celebrate one of the hash’s core values: drinking!

Run Details: Normal meeting place. The run will be short and will finish near the Rose Garden Hotel, and showers will be made available, so you can bring your party clothes to change into.

Run Cost: normal fee: 5000 MMK

OnOn Details: Oktoberfest celebration at the Rose Garden Hotel. YH3 has VVIP tables reserved. Time: from 5pm until late
